These terms concern use of wco-group.me, operated by WCO Management FZ-LLC under the WCO Group brand.

Information and inquiries

The website provides general information about our services and selected work. Submitting a form, sending a message or receiving an initial response does not confirm a booking, reserve a date or create an event-services contract. Scope, fees, payment schedules, cancellation provisions and delivery obligations are established in a separate written agreement.

Responsible use

Use the website lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent or unlawful material, impersonate others, introduce malicious code, send automated spam, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the website or its services. Provide information you are authorised to share.

Intellectual property and prohibited reproduction

Protected materials on this website, including text, photographs, videos, graphics, designs, presentations and project materials, belong to WCO Management FZ-LLC or their respective rights holders. Publication on this website does not transfer ownership or grant a licence to reuse them.

Except for ordinary browsing, sharing links to this website, or uses expressly permitted by applicable law, reproduction, copying, downloading for reuse, republication, distribution, adaptation, translation, public display or commercial exploitation of protected materials, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder.

This restriction includes reuse in another agency’s portfolio, pitches, presentations, advertisements, social-media posts or website. Do not present our work as your own, imply an unauthorised affiliation or endorsement, or remove or alter copyright notices, watermarks or ownership credits. Giving credit alone does not replace permission where permission is required.

Legal basis and enforcement

These protections are supported by UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyright and Neighboring Rights, including Article 7 on authorisation to use a work. Statutory exceptions and limitations remain applicable; these terms do not claim exclusive rights over unprotected ideas, facts or third-party property.

Where WCO holds the relevant rights or authority, we reserve the right to request removal of infringing content and pursue remedies available under applicable law, including orders to stop infringement and compensation where legally available. No automatic penalty or predetermined damages are imposed by these website terms.

For permission requests or suspected infringement, email contact@wco-group.me with a link to the material and details of the proposed use or concern. Permission must be obtained from the appropriate owner for third-party materials.

Availability and third-party services

We aim to keep information accurate, but content may change and availability is not guaranteed. External websites and services, including form processing and linked media, have their own terms and privacy practices.

Applicable rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Separate signed service agreements govern contracted event work. Applicable UAE law governs use of this website, without overriding mandatory protections that may apply.
